By using Sylvie, creating an account, or purchasing a Sylvie product, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment or checkout providers. Sylvie does not need to store your full payment-card details.

- Deliver digital products, member access, PDF backups, updates, and related services.
- Confirm purchases, preorder status, refunds, delivery, and access rights.
- Operate, secure, personalize, and improve the Sylvie member experience.

- Respond to support requests, account-deletion requests, and member communications.
- Send product updates, access information, service notices, and relevant Sylvie communications.

4. Member Content Protection
Sylvie may use reasonable technical, operational, and administrative measures to protect proprietary member content. This may include access logs, account identifiers, download records, watermarking, content variation, or other methods designed to discourage unauthorized copying, forwarding, scraping, resale, or redistribution.
5. Sharing Information
Sylvie does not sell your personal information.
Sylvie may share limited information with service providers who help operate the business, including hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, app tools, customer-support tools, and security tools.

Sylvie keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the business, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.
If you delete your account or request deletion, Sylvie may remove or deactivate account access, but some records may be retained where legally, financially, operationally, or security-wise necessary.
8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Sylvie account or use any available account-deletion option inside the app/member portal.
Account deletion may remove access to Sylvie products and member content. Deleted access may not be recoverable.

Sylvie uses reasonable measures to protect user information, but no digital service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for notifying Sylvie if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
