Sylvie Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 14, 2026
Welcome to Sylvie. These Terms of Service apply to Sylvie's website, member portal, digital products, preorder products, and related digital services.
By creating an account, purchasing access, using the Sylvie member portal, or accessing Sylvie content, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Sylvie Provides
Sylvie provides curated digital research, event intelligence, venue context, social-calendar notes, watchlists, rankings, and related member content.
Sylvie does not host, produce, sponsor, represent, or control the events, venues, organizations, or third-party experiences referenced inside the platform unless expressly stated.
Sylvie is context, not permission. Do not use Sylvie's name as a referral, credential, invitation, or way in. Sylvie does not speak for any host, venue, organization, or event. Read the room. Respect the room.
2. Account Access
Access to Sylvie is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, forward, publish, sublicense, or otherwise distribute your login, account access, screenshots, downloads, PDFs, notes, rankings, event intelligence, or member-only content.
One membership, one person. Each Sylvie membership is a personal, non-transferable license for a single individual. Memberships may not be shared, resold, split, or used by teams, agencies, assistants purchasing on behalf of a group, households, couples, coworkers, or any group of more than one person. Sylvie is not a team plan, agency subscription, or shared-seat product.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs through your account.
Sylvie may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if we believe an account is being shared, resold, scraped, copied, used by more than one person, or otherwise misused in violation of these Terms.
3. Member Content and Restrictions
All Sylvie content is proprietary. This includes, but is not limited to, event notes, venue notes, rankings, research summaries, access notes, descriptions, watchlists, social-intelligence signals, member updates, PDF backups, and app/member-portal content.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, publish, forward, screenshot for redistribution, scrape, resell, repackage, upload, share, or commercially exploit Sylvie content.
- Use Sylvie content to create a competing product, list, newsletter, calendar, database, research service, app, agency offer, or derivative product.
- Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other extraction methods to collect Sylvie content.
- Misrepresent Sylvie as granting access, affiliation, endorsement, approval, or invitation from any venue, host, organization, event, or person.
- Use Sylvie content to harass, spam, stalk, dox, pressure, or otherwise interfere with any individual, host, venue, organization, or event.
4. Accuracy and Availability
Sylvie makes good-faith efforts to research and verify the information it provides, but event details can change. Dates, times, prices, availability, guest policies, RSVP links, membership requirements, and access rules may change without notice.
You are responsible for verifying final details directly with the event, venue, host, or official source before attending or relying on any information.
Sylvie may update, remove, revise, or reorganize content at any time to keep the member experience current and accurate.
5. Third-Party Events, Venues, and Links
Sylvie may link to third-party websites, RSVP pages, ticketing platforms, venues, organizations, or event pages. Sylvie is not responsible for third-party websites, ticketing issues, cancellations, venue policies, safety, access decisions, purchases, or user experiences outside Sylvie.
Any interaction with a third party is between you and that third party.
6. Payments and Digital Delivery
Sylvie products are digital products. Access may be delivered through the Sylvie member portal, email, PDF backup, checkout platform, or another digital method described at purchase.
For preorder products, access will be delivered according to the delivery timing stated at checkout or in the product description.
You are responsible for using the correct email address at checkout and for creating or accessing your member account with the same email when required.
7. Refunds
Sylvie is a curated digital product. The value is the edit itself, and it's delivered the moment you sign in and see the list, so payments are considered final once access has been made available.
We'll always take a good-faith look at a request in unusual circumstances, and preorder products may include a specific refund window stated at checkout. Anything required by law is honored.
8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Sylvie account or use any available account-deletion option inside the app/member portal.
Deleting your account may remove your access to Sylvie content. Certain transaction, security, legal, or business records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sylvie respectfully and lawfully. You may not use Sylvie to violate the rights, privacy, safety, or reputation of others.
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the platform, or use Sylvie in a way that damages the business, product, community, or third-party relationships.
10. Changes to Sylvie
Sylvie may change, improve, pause, discontinue, or limit parts of the platform, member portal, products, content, or services at any time.
Sylvie may also update these Terms. Continued use of Sylvie after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
11. No Guarantees
Sylvie does not guarantee admission, invitation, access, networking outcomes, social outcomes, business outcomes, romantic outcomes, financial outcomes, or event availability.
Sylvie provides context and intelligence. You are responsible for your own decisions, conduct, purchases, travel, attendance, and interactions.
